Our philosophy is to bring equipment that is straight to the point. This is not the place where you get 100 pieces of equipment to choose from. Our main emphasis is to get you the client to be taught the proper mechanics of weight training, multiple ways to strength train & condition, meet your goals both from losing those unwanted pounds to looking good & feeling great.For the real serious athlete we preach core & posterior chain development. Train specifically for the sport you want to excel at. If your goal is to get bigger, run faster, become stronger then this is your place.
